The Entrance Fee

An up-front payment with varying refund opportunities up to 90%. The primary benefit of doing an entrance fee is that it lowers the monthly service fees that are paid.

Entrance Fee Refund Options

• 90% Refund Plan: This plan offers residents a minimum 90% fee refund.
• 50% Refund Plan: This plan offers residents a minimum 50% fee refund.
• Traditional Plan: This plan amortizes the entrance fee over 50 months.

Rental Plan

This plan is available for both cottages and apartment homes.

• All of the superb services are available without the entrance fee.

The Monthly Service Fee

A monthly service fee covers all of the independent living services you would ever want or need such as interior and exterior maintenance, housekeeping, transportation, emergency alert systems, activities and much more.
