Preswick Glen and other area veterans were honored on Monday, November 9.  A bus tour of several Mohawk Valley war monuments was provided by Preswick Glen.

 

Jim Nolan, Preswick Glen's senior living specialist, said: "The Mohawk Valley has a very proud place in history for the men and women who have served their country's call to duty. We have many outstanding monuments. Together, we saw them and learned more about their history."

 

The tour included stops at the New Hartford Veterans Park; The Memorial Parkway; Oneida Square; Clark Mills Post #24 (tank); Griffiss Business and Technology Park (B-52 aircraft); USS Oriskany Museum; and New Hartford Post #1376 (helicopter).
