The Facts About Preswick Glen

Preswick Glen was developed based upon a construction and operating budget which provided for a payment in lieu of taxes under a Municipal Services Agreement (MSA) which was negotiated and agreed upon with the Town of New Hartford.

A banking agreement covered the first three years of operation. It provided operating funds while we were building occupancy. Financing was already finalized when the Town reversed its decision on the MSA.
