Residences
Spacious cottage and apartment homes in seven comfortable styles
An array of apartment homes and cottages are available to best suit your needs and budget. The apartment homes and cottages offer a choice of one or two bedrooms. Each apartment and cottage has mini-blinds for privacy and carpeting for added comfort. In addition, both apartment and cottage features include private porches/patios, washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and garbage disposal.
Cottages
All of Preswick Glen's cottages feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all maintenance free.
Each of the 40 cottages includes a garage, some two-stall, and gas-burning fireplace. The fully applianced, 1,694 square foot homes also offer a choice of a screened-in porch or extra room. The screened-in porch and garage add over 500 more square feet to the already spacious cottage. Inside each home is a host of amenities including wall-to-wall carpeting, resident-controlled thermostats, generous walk-in closets, and so much more.
Apartments
Preswick Glen offers one and two bedroom apartments ranging from 825 to 1,844 square feet.
All of the apartments are connected to the Community Center, the hub of Preswick Glen where residents will find fine and casual dining, a fitness center, beauty salon, activities room, and much more. As with the cottages, each apartment comes fully applianced with electric range, full-size refrigerator, washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal, and generous storage space. Garages are available for a nominal fee and most apartments have porches.
